Ingredients
350 g / 3/4 Ib tagliatelle
450 g / 1 Ib mixed mushrooms, e. g. mu err, cep, chestnut mushrooms,
well cleaned and chopped
4 tbsp olive oil
1 zucchini (courgette), washed and chopped
2 garlic cloves, peeled and finely chopped
Salt and freshly ground pepper 1 tbsp freshly chopped parsley, to
garnish

Cook the tagliatelle in salted water
until al dente.

In a large skillet, fry the
mushrooms in hot oil for about 3 minutes.

Add the zucchini (courgette) and
garlic and continue frying for 1-2 minutes.

Toss the mushroom mixture with the
pasta, season with salt and pepper, scatter with parsley and arrange on plates.
